Shipping 

Neil M offers free Ground Shipping on all shoe orders and free USPS standard shipping on accessories. 

  • We currently only ship orders for free within the 48 Continental U.S.

 In-stock orders will ship 2-3 business days after order is placed. Your credit card will be charged for the items when placing the order.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are free.  If the shoes do not fit or you would like a different color or style you can exchange the shoes you ordered at no cost within 30 days.  *Limit one free exchange per pair of shoes ordered. Items should be unworn and in the exact same condition as when you received your order.  All packaging including the original shoe box and box shoes were shipped in should be returned.

In the event you would like to make a second exchange on the same order, you will only be charged for the shipping cost.

Returns

All returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the time of the shipment date.  We will provide a prepaid shipping label and refund you for the returning item, minus a $7.00 restocking fee per item.  Items should be unworn and in the exact same condition as when you received your order.  All packaging including the original shoe box and box shoes were shipped in should be returned.

Steps to make a return:

  • Login to your account in to submit either an exchange or return request.
  • Click on completed orders and select return request for the order you would like to return.
  • Fill out all fields and following the onscreen directions.

Items should be unworn and in the exact same condition as when you received your order.

All packaging including the original shoe box and box shoes were shipped in should be returned.

Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt.  You will receive a notification via email once we have credited you credit card.

Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.

In the event shoes are returned with obvious signs of being worn or any other defects you will be contacted via email followed with a phone call.  Your card will not be credited until we have made contact with the customer.

If it is determined that we would not be able to resell the shoes at full price for any reason the shoes will be returned to you and no refund will be granted.

Sales Tax

Due to state laws, all orders shipped to MO. will include sales tax.
